KOSMOS STUDIOS have produced SOMOS KOI: THE ORIGIN, the documentary that tells the story of the creation of Ibai Llanos and Gerard Piqué’s eSports team.

Directed by Oriol Querol, SOMOS KOI recounts the four-month story from the initial idea up until the grand reveal of the League of Legends team at Palau Sant Jordi in front of over 10,000 people. We get to access all areas throughout the four month period; from the initial meetings between Ibai and Piqué as they create the club; to the transfer market, the day-to-day in the Disney+ Gaming House, where the players live, where they train, including: Rafitta, Koldo, Hatrixx, SLT and Seaz.

The team’s challenge is to beat French champions and one of the best teams on the continent, KCorp. The French side have Rekkles in their ranks, one of the best players in the world.
